The Napa Valley Museum in Yountville will be having a Free Family Fun Day on Saturday, January 12. They are open from 10:00-4:00pm and will have activities at 11:00am and 2:00pm. Oh yeah, did I mention this is FREE!
11am – Learning Through Art – Art engagement program for 4th, 5th and 6th graders
2pm – Sew Happy! – Get busy with felt, scissors, and sewing needles as we craft handmade felt tote bags! There are several felt sewing projects to choose from including a cute “Tooth Tote” designed to be placed under someone’s lucky pillow!
Napa Valley Museum is at 55 Presidents Circle, Yountville, CA, 94599, adjacent to the Lincoln Theater on the grounds of the California Veterans Home.
To make a day out of it, check out my previous post on Take this Day Trip: Yountville with Kids on the SonomaValleyPatch. We love the Trolley and Yountville Community Park!

Love this. The Napa Valley Museum does these great Trunk shows at all the Napa schools and they always have such amazing things they share and activities to do. Do you think the sew thing is for younger ages? Great find
Thanks so much Karly! It looks like the sewing might work for younger ones with parent help. You can always call them and ask!
